2008 Tour of Utah - August 13th-17th

5 Stages, 336 Miles, over 30,000' of Climbing

Tour of Utah organizers are working hard to bring the toughest stage race ever staged in America, and by doing so are working closely with all cities and counties to provide the best routes and greatest spectator friendly courses.

The race will consist of 5 stages over 5 days of racing.  There will be 2 flat stages for sprinters and 2 days of climbing that will push the limits of the riders farther and harder than they have ever been pushed, with the final outcome of the race to be determined by a 12-mile time trial.  The Tour of Utah organizers are proud to say that this is the toughest bicycle stage race in America.

The race will see climate and environmental changes that cannot be found anywhere else.  Riders will find themselves pedaling fast and furious across the flat landscape of the desert west of the Wasatch Mountains, climbing high into the alpine regions where every winter produces the greatest snow on earth, and racing around the circuit courses of the downtown metropolitan areas that make Utah so diverse.  The race will start and finish in areas such as Salt Lake City, Ogden, Nephi and Park City, and travel through the many towns of Summit, Wasatch, Weber, Utah and Tooele counties.

At each stage, there will be a festival area for spectators of all ages to enjoy the racing, learn more about cycling, and enjoy a very festive time with music, food and drink.

But who won this race in 2004, could someone tell us (the complete podium and more if possible).
